muay thai is a good way to achieve those goals.

working out at a gym consistently and eating well can also help you achieve these goals.

eat better + work out consistently = getting fit

weightless exercises like squats, lunges, pushups, diamond pushups, wide pushups, one sided pushups, crunches, leg lifts, burpees, jumping rope will also help you get in shape.

Buy the book "Never Gymless" by Ross Enamait. It's on rosstraining.com and is awesome. You can work techniques in your own home with very very little equipment.

why are you always pushing products on people? this is not what this forum is for. she doesnt need to go out and spend money on things you endorse when she can get all the info she wants for free on the net. stop trying to scam people.

Ross Enamait's website also has good free articles on training. Not to mention that his book is much more helpful and less expensive than the gym membership (and drugs) that Dick here keeps pushing.

i didnt push any drugs on her or a gym membership, in fact i gave her plenty of options that dont require a gym membership unlike you who just str8 up got to pushing your products. shit, i coulda told her to go buy a book too. but then again i dont think thats what this forum is for. so please stop the constant promotion of products and internet scams. its really disrespectful.

It's not my product. It's a book that's really helped me. In fact, it might help you learn how to do the exercises you're pushing properly.

I could also recommend some books that would teach you how to properly use an apostrophe.

im sure you have plenty more products and internet scams to push on us poor forum folks, but sadly you do not have anything else left to say considering you have resorted to bringing up punctuation, spelling, and grammar mistakes. we see jubaji reach this low point all the time, doesn't really add any relevance to your either of your posts.
