    vince mcmahon, the owner of the WWE is 60 years old and was on the cover of muscle & fitness not too long ago. he is in incredible shape for a 60 year old man, but i think a lot of it has to do with the roids he took. ma bye he still does, who knows? do you guys think a 60 year old guy could naturally look like this? vince is rich so he can easily go doctor shopping and has already admitted to juicing with hulk hogan back in the day so i dont know whats to stop him from juicing now. but either way, his workout routine is included in the fallowing pictures. check it out.

      Technically there's nothing wrong with his workout, but by looking through it I can tell you that it is not ideal for a martial artist or anyone interested in power development. The rep ranges that he is using are geared toward hypertrophy or muscle growth. There are also no olympic lifting techniques used in Vince's workout, a mainstay for those interested in the development of power.

      Coupled with his admitted steroid use, his workout has done exactly what he wanted it to do and that is pack on a lot of meat.
