    well as for an update for me, i broke my freekin ankle. in 3 places i might add, doing box hops, and landing on an edge of a mat that should not have been there in the first place

    but before it broke i lost approx. 17lbs.

    and i was lovin it

    will start back again soon. cant wait.

    eating right, doing lots of low weight, high reps. and doing my own regular stuff with weights/kickboxing, and MMA.

    took vitamins
    some protein stuff
