im am 16 years old and 200lbs and i am about 6ft tall. I nead some training tips so i can loose weight and build mussell any advice would be good. i dont have a fittness plan, how whould i make one up for me.

It kind of depends on what kind of shape your in. If your looking at getting into some sort of martial arts program, but want to tone first. I'd start off with a mile walk in the mornings, work your way up to 2 miles. Then set up a weight lifting program. Probably do a full body work out routine 3 days a week. I usually push iether weight lifting or a medicine ball workout. Basically if your looking at losing fat, thats done with low tensity workout like walking or weight lifting
Obvious answer would be take up boxing or mt, but if not wanting to do that up your cardio - like skip/run before you eat most mornings, do both high and low intensity. Along with something like crossfit is also ideal or check out rosstraining.com. Some very good stuff at those places.
