    Well, in the spirit of full disclosure I've been working out every other day, so only three to four days a week instead of four days a week, and I've also been splitting up those workouts in half doing the Olylifts on one day and then the isolation exercises on a different day. I'm just too busy to spend more than an hour every other day in the gym... Three weeks and I can hit it harder.

    Mmmm, food in the fridge.... I've been cooking recipes from The Language of Baklava.

    Anyway, I wanna see other people's routines!
