Dog, split your routine. Make sure that you work your lateral obliques, and lower abs. This will give you the ripped look and frame that six pack. The true unveiling only comes when you can drop your body fat low enough to uncover all your hard work. Good luck S.-W.

Well you should...
1)Cut out some of the high fat foods in your diet - look at the food pakaging and see how many grams of fat are in it, see if you can find the same item but with less fat in it
2)Eat low fat meals - Have more low fat meals in your diet - Salads,fruit etc but treat yourself every now and then.
Also look out for items that have a high sugar content (sweets,alchopops etc) because if you aint gonna burn off the energy that it gives you then your body will store it
