  • growth hormone therapy??

whats the deal with growth hormone therapy? after doing much research, it seems like they are too good to be true. supposedly the risks of side effects are very low and they are cheap and effective.

the way the capsules work is they contain no actual hormones, they contain a mixture of herbs that are supposed to stimulate your pituitary gland into increasing the natural production of growth hormones, thus raising the levels of growth hormones in your body. it sounds too good to be true, but some have been scientifically proven to work. they dont cost much either, and you dont need cycle on and off of them. the benefits are endless it seems. they are not a steroid.

anyone here ever experiment with them of know the real deal?

this product here is supposedly one of the top rated, most legit ones around.

HGH Energizer is a natural supplement that supports the body's production of human growth hormone, promoting increased muscle growth, improved energy and endurance, and better overall health. With scientifically-proven ingredients, this supplement can help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

I wouldnt bother personally, unless there scientific studies to back it up, the majority of the research i have seen hasnt provided in scientific backing and most of the results appear to be based on placebo effect.

At the most it induces a small non-significant spike in HGH.

      I like your questions thoughDickhardman.
you have an interest in the diet side of martial arts which is severly lacking in most.

there is some research that has been done on this. these pills contain macunna purreans extract, a legume from india also known as the velvet bean. it contains high amounts of levdopa, which converts into dopamine.

i really dont see the point mate, unless there are some serious clinical studies that prove the product works i wouldnt bother, what i have read isnt good enough to convince me its worth it.

If you are looking for a boost for your training though my advice would to really get your diet sorted out, then go from there. i dont think you NEED anything else as such.
I know its tempting to look up for some type of pill that will give you an egde but personally i think its a waste of money as science doesnt solidly back it.
