Get rest. Eat a healthy diet (no sugars, processed foods etc.). Work on excercises that improve your endurance and cardio. Cycling, swimming, running, skipping rope etc.

          Stamina.....

Despite working out quite frequently I too was having stamina problems. After a bit of research I decided to try increasing my iron intake with (Liver, Mussels, Sardines, Anchovies, Beef etc). If nothing else I felt a lot better.....

Roadwork, roadwork, roadwork, and more roadwork, there's just no substitute.

A good way of building up your stamina is to find a hill to run up. It need not be a very big hill as long as it's fairly steep. Try and run up it as fast as you can and then either jog or walk down it.

The key question is, stamina for what? Suggestions could change depending on what you're going for. Just getting through your day, making it up the stairs, going 3 rounds of sparring?

their are several ways to do this, one way i teach my guys to do this, without any special hills/equipment is simple

you know how the roads are broken into blocks. i tell my guys if they want to do extra stuff away from the gym, start at the begining of one road, run as fast as you can to the next (short distance) then fast walk to the next, then run fast to the next and so on.

till about 1-4 miles is done. usually they dont make the 4.

When i first started sparring i would always black out in my fights, seemingly from lack of stamina. But someone told me to breath, well i looked at how i fought and i really was tensed the whole time. Keep your breathing going in nose out mouth. And dont let it accelerate out of pace :-)

Another good practice that i learned in an anatomy class was to do your regular work out for a week or so and moniter your pulse before during and after every workout then keep it recorded. Then take up a new regiment dif diet, and some more cardio then do the same. See if you notice any changes in the pulse. Whatever you find works, take it and run

Just do many repetitions of a movement or form. Progress slowly. Running is not suitable for every body type.
