This is a simple question. I'm not going to ask what he did in his workouts, just basically I'm going to ask on average how many hours a day and how many days a week did he workout? Thanks for your input.

A Whole Lot......
I believe you are asking for a figure that would be hard to calculate. Take for instance this Excerpt from "The Power Of The Dragon":
"He [Bruce Lee] was constantly training. When he watched TV or went to the movies, he conditioned his knuckles. When he was driving, he worked the hand grips. If he walked to a bookstore and came to a hill, he always ran. He never wasted time."
Bruce Lee took his training very seriously and considered it number one. He was constantly conditioning himself, even while driving or watching movies by gripping hand tools. He felt being in shape was essential to performing at one's best in martial arts. Some of the exercises he used included barbell pushes, punching with dumbbells, one-hand dumbbell drills, isometrics, board drills, and using a bull worker for punching and trapping. What made Bruce Lee great was his intense drive and commitment to always giving 100% effort in everything he did.
I think it's safe to say he worked out as long as he was awake

My dad told me that Bruce Lee trained differently, taking an easier "cheatier" way to build himself. Using eletric shocks to tense his body up and increase the muscle mass and such. I always thought this was true, because well we all want to believe our parents.

"Be practical as well as generous in your ideals. Keep your eyes on the stars, but remember to keep your feet on the ground." --Teddy Roosevelt
"Don't hit at all if you can help it; don't hit a man if you can possibly avoid it; but if you do hit him, put him to sleep." --Teddy Roosevelt
Why spend all the time focusing on weight training when you could hook your pecs up to some electric-pulses and get a workout while doing other things (like reading, Writing, preparing food, etc.) You could use your time much more efficiently.
What you call cheating, I call smart. Just my opinion.
