      Just an update.

When I went in for my MEPS physical, they taped me at 27% Body fat percentage (1% over the limit). I thought that sounded kinda high, so I invested in a body fat caliper and found it to actually be right around 18% (which means they were off by a staggering 9%, I think it's time for the military to update their methods for finding body fat percentage ). Unfortunately, there's not much I can do about the physical (besides bitch to my recruiter, but that probably wouldn't solve much), but I have been wanting to drop that percentage down to under 15%, at least.

I've been doing more cardio; usually 20-30 mins of jogging (double what I was doing before), tabata/hill sprints (4 or 5 times per session, or until I feel sick ) 2 or 3 times a week and calisthenics. I try to keep things changed up as well; some weeks I'll do more sprints and less jogging, some weeks more jogging less sprints, some weeks I'll do more of both. unfortunately my weight bench was dismantled to make way for an interior wall, so I'm trying to find a new place to set it up... I've increased intake of veggies/fruits and drink as much water as I can without bursting, but my body fat still stays pretty steady.

As it stands, I'm 5'10", just over 200 lbs and 18.6% Body fat.

Anyone have any more suggestions? Any idea, no matter how outlandish, is appreciated.
