  • Open Question: If I cancel my LA Fitness membership will my credit rating be affected

OK So I signed up for an LA fitness membership but they don't have half of the equipment I realise I need. It was less than 14 days ago that I signed up so I think that I shoul be OK but I'm not sure. I'm worried that they might deliberately put a 'black mark' against my credit rating if I cancel my membership. In which case I'd rather pay the £55 per month. I'm a student living in London though so I can't really justify the expense, I shouldn't have signed up to a contract. Also one of the reasons I joined up is so I could rollerskate to the gym, take a shower and then go to college but there are actually showers in a train station closer to school. Please advise me on how to handle it and any other matters that you think might be relevant.PS please hurry I don't have much time (I think)

I think your stuck buddy. Once you signed a contract they got ya by the balls so to speak. Go talk to them would be my advice.
