Hey guys, as the title suggests Im currently annoyed by shinsplints
Its not as bad as it could be though, like it isnt hurting enough to make me stop, Im still training, not doing hill sprints or jogs at the moment, but light skipping, bag work etc sparring etc etc (Im currently doing boxing training if you haven guessed)
but its still an annoyance, anyone got any advice for getting rid of them?
at the moment Im iceing them every night and rubbing them down with tiger balm.
