            Fitness is a tough job. If you want to fit and smart. We must make a plan for the exercises and control our diets. We should take healthy and simple diet so that it will help us to be fit and lose our weight accordingly.

              To maintain your fitness and weightboth are very tough job so that for losing weight exercise and diet both are important tools and with exercise we should reduce the amount of calories in the diet. It is good to eat simple food like vegetables because there are low calories in vegetables. If we can manage our diet than we can maintain our fitness very easily because our fitness always depend on our diet.

                Yes i agree being fit is very tough. We have to take care of so many things with proper diet and workout plan on daily basis. We should focus on out door cardio exercise for the better physical fitness and body strength.
