I've been training MT for the past 5 months about 3 times a week 1-2 hours each time. I've noticed that I've only lost maybe 1-2kgs of weight.
I'm basically trying to lose the gut and get a 6 pack again ... what's the best way to do it without having to cut out too much from my diet. I eat your average chinese meals most days and maybe cheat on some take out 1-2 times a week.
