  • Losing the gut ???

    I've been training MT for the past 5 months about 3 times a week 1-2 hours each time. I've noticed that I've only lost maybe 1-2kgs of weight.

    I'm basically trying to lose the gut and get a 6 pack again ... what's the best way to do it without having to cut out too much from my diet. I eat your average chinese meals most days and maybe cheat on some take out 1-2 times a week.

    I'm gonna do some skipping on my days off MT. Any suggestions on how to lose the gut?

        ah ha, i can help

        go to youtube and look for it
        there are videos

        mostly high protein, and high carb, low fat
        eat yougert yum!
        oatmeal
        drink soy milk
        eat nuts and seeds
        plenty of vegetable and fruits (fresh, not canned or frozen)

          Great abs are made in the kitchen and like Jubs said you gotta do the cardio.
