About 5 weeks ago i pulled my left hamstring. I am now still struggling with it and i am at a loss about what to do. I don't really want to stop training.
I am trying to keep stretching although this is sore.
Any advise that could help is welcome or do i have to just suck it up and stop training for a few weeks.
