    Hi fellow fat loss buffs.

    My goal is to give you all kinds of tips on how to shed the fat pounds and keep it off the healthy way.

    I am not a doctor, just someone who has read over 1,500 articles and books on fat-loss, health & nutrition. I have personally lowered my cholesterol from 238 to 174 in 3 months with a side effect of dropping 24 pounds.

    i really need to loss weight to about 50.but i don't wanna loss my height there is a saying that when one losses is weight he/she will loss height.but i know u will find solution to my problems

      I had stooped training for a few years now and my belly is expanding and my muscle mass is decreasing. i'm not fat but my belly is disgusting. I started jogging to keep it from expanding but not much good its doing. any advise?
