Well there was this thing called fight science on youtube and it said something about conditioning bones. When the punch something your knuckles become tougher or something and next time when you punch something hard it won't hurt as much.
Well i was wondering if there was some type of conditioning to strengthen the whole body so you can take in lots of punches or reduce the pain of punches. eg someone throws a haymaker right at your ribs but it doesnt hurt.
Its kinda hard to explain. Theres a shaolin monk video on youtube that shows something like it. It trains you body to be hard as a rock so you won'tfeel pain. You heard the saying rock hard abs right? Or 'abs of steel? How can i have a rock hard body? I don't want muscle, i want to not get hurt by punches or at the very least reduce the damage of attacks.
