I know its very intense, thats the problem.
Im underweight and im trying to gain muscle as well, im planning to go twice to thai classes per week and three classes of weight lifting per week, should i be doing this?
Should i train thai if underweight? if so, does that mean i can eat alot? (of course not alot of junk food, just alot of normal food)
