    I'm fighting in a grappling tournament on December 2nd and I feel like my diet is the only thing left to chance.

    Can anyone give me some tips? I'm thinking I should reduce protein and up my carbs for most of the week before the tournament, but I could be wrong.

    thoose things dependes on your current situation with training and sleeping and stuff like that.

    i would keep my proteins before i fight, but up my carbs.
    the reson why i do this is to make sure that my muscles dont fade while i do carbo work outs.( wich we all know that we love to do before fights).

      At least 50% of your diet should consist of fruit
      do not eat junk food or any other highly processed meals
      no caffine and no alcohol
