    Hi guys - need some advice,

    does anyone have any principles they would like to share to someone who is trying to bulk up for wrestling ??

    (1) Nutritional
    (2) Weight program (currently on 3x8reps)

      you shpuld use weight gainer, and vitamins. cla. hca.

      training for size is easy. 3 sets.

      just do between 4- 8 reps. somthimes it is advisable to lower the weiht in the second set. and do the same reps. this will give you extra pump ob the last set.

        Your Weight program (currently on 3x8reps) is good so long as the weight is quite heavy for you.

        Milkshake
        Mix up 1 L of raw milk
        add 12 organic raw eggs
        add 2 table spoons of raw honey
        add banana (optional)

        Blend and wol ah

        drink 1 glass every 2-3 hours after training till you go to bed
