Here is a testimonial I found, by Clarence Bass. It confirms that results will vary depending on the amount of creatine you get from the other sources mentioned (red meat, etc).

hey, send me some of those studies

Fisrt of all, I'm a vegetarian.

                I don't take creatine.

I took Stacker 2 for about a week. I lost two pounds, but was having problems with dizziness. I stopped. My dosage was six pills a day. What should I do? Shoulde I go back? If so, how much should I take?

                Also

Should I start taking creatine? If you want to see my current training schedule, check out mey Insanity Workout Program 1. How much and how often?

                Thnks

my bio teacher rolls her eyes and says that in a society like ours, we are more than likely pissing out creatine supplements anyhoo...i have heard plenty of conflicting statements regarding it though.

Tim, useful information. Any more information about kidney damage? I'd like to know the following:

What is the difference in quantity between the therapudic dose and a toxic dose?
Was kidney damage experienced in people who were given a non-toxic dose?

                    Thanks,

                    Terry

I've used it and it did work. The "loading phase" is a load of crap, your body can only take so much creatine a day, and you have to cycle off of it or your body adjusts to it. I stopped using it and now I'm trying NO2. Any experience with it?
