        SPARTAN

        Fighter@jkd.com.hk

The Spartan Health reigme is a revolutonary health, diet, training and lifestyle program that cuts out all the crap.

It talks about what man was intended to eat (sure a hell it isn't Hamburgers). The simple NOT EASY simple exercises that are garunteed to get you in the best physical and mental shape of your life.

I cant say what the information is without authorization from the publisher.

Buy a Blitz magazine and you'll understand.

        PS

Is any one else on the SPARTAN program?

mate i eat what the hell i like, after raising my metabolism by building muscle density and training everyday of the week, i need all the different food groups i can get my hands on.
I dont believe in scabing out on certain things.

            typical day would be:

breakfast - milk and cereal and toast with vegemite

morning tea- water at least half a litre minimum, perhaps a dry biscuit or two

lunch - ham/chicken and salad sandwiches, muesli bar

afternoon tea - more water and perhaps a few mor ebiscuits

            dinner - can consist of sausages/eggs/steak/spaghetti bolognaise/vegetables/salad/pasta/soup/breads.

hell ive lost 12 kilos (25 lbs) and maintained it for a year.

              Good

              That great for you!

But imagine the possiblities for you if you were functioning at your ultimate potential. You may already be extremely fit, but theres no end to your training. So I recomend you get it.

Even if you only learn one thing in it, its worth it in my books.

              Thanks for Replying,

i am functioning at my ultimate potential basically, its all i can do for my fitness level at this time, the only way to increase this level of fitness is push it that little bit extra, over the next month, then again, and again perhaps till a plateau is reached, after all it is the human body we are talking about here, and it does have massive limitations.
it appears you may be taken aback by mr. lee. not everything is acheiveable, it depends very much on physiology and topography and other variables such as time available to increase fitness levels, money to pay for the food/supplements and gym use etc etc, not everyone can do this and hold a 9-5 job, very hard.
                so unfortunately there are limitations.

                  INCORRECT

Every thing is possible. There is no such thing as a plateau. Where theres a will theres a way.

You can make money through your training, if you find a way. Scientists say that the human body should be able to survive for 120 years thats bulls**t. Ill prove them all wrong you'll see.

That may sound a little fanaticle but's just the way I am.

                  C ya,

                    mate
dont take this personal in anyway. Also i dont know how old you are and a few other factors, but there is a limit, and no matter how much you dont want there to e one, im afraid there is. You should be happy to achieve each little goal as it comes, as im sure you do.
you have a good outlook, but there are limits regardless of who says there isnt.

well im sorry but there is mate. its like saying a thai legkick is uneffective and anyone can withstand it, and continue fighting regardless of having his leg nerve smashed. now thats a lie, just like saying the human body can doesnt have any limits it can be trained too.
if your statement were true, why cant you run 4 kms in 13 minutes? the pace bruce lee used to run his 6.4 km run? its because your body just cant do it. ive trained hard to get where im at, and from here because of other constraints, its becoming more difficult to better myself. also i will reach a limit because of who i am, im 6'2" and weigh 95 kilos. i live at a quite high altitude topographically, so there are some limiting factors. you cant really argue mate, you have no case, and previous life experience has proved it.

quite frankly fighter, i dont think blitz magazine (who sells how many milions fo copies of their mag worldwide) is going to give a rats about sharing their probable lame brain training scheme with everyone.
i buy blitz, and quite frankly i havent seen anything round breaking in that magazine.
so what the hell is the scheme? and entertain us.
