    Obesity and weight gain is a big problem of the people now a days. The basic reason for the obesity is that people eat too much fast foods and junk foods and keep themselves away from the exercises and physical activities. Obesity is very harmful for the health and leads to various diseases such as heart problems, diabetes, and many other health problems. To control the obesity the people should cut down their diet specially fast foods and junk foods and do proper exercise.

      In my own experience, I have been training myself with a personal training plan for more than five years and I think it works since the very beginning. I am having a diet for both diabetic and fat people. Maybe you should start with healthy vegetable and fruits. Those are rich in protein, of course vegie-protein. It boosts your energy.
