well, i'm starting to get lazy and i'm getting out of shape. i just started getting back into martial arts, its been about a 1 1/2 years since i've trained...i can't find a really good school around here, so i wanna train myself...i think i have the knowledge to do this so dont tell me its a bad idea
what i need help with, and i thought you guys might know, is figuring out how to train...i want to focus on speed and agility...what kind of training can i do without a partner? (i'm getting a punching bag soon so i can use that and i have a weight bench thing) and what kind of diet do you recoment? (i dont use supplements so dont recomend them please)
