may be kinda weird question but sometimes..my muscles look hecka small..and sometimes it looks hecka big ahah..do any of you guys face taht same problem? What do you do to solve taht problem? thansk..

i have the same "problem". there's no real way to fix it beyond getting bigger muscles. mine "inflate" when i work out increasing in size and definition about 1.5-2x and stay that way for about 45 minutes after i'm done. then they shrink again. not really a problem, the power is there when i need it, and i don't waste precious energy sustaining that level of strength when i'm just sitting around.Last edited by mjmnam; 11-11-2002, 10:04 PM.

i have the same problem, and its not realy a problem.. the reason ur muscles look bigger sometimes is because after u work out or excerise a muscle blood pumps around the body and into the muscle beefing it up a bit giving it oxygen, so usealy after u work out they look bigger..

the big your seeing is referred to as "the pump" after you have worked out for a while your arms will be hard and big 90% of the time...when i was working out a lot a year ago a female friend of mine grabbed my arms about two days after my last work put and could not belive that my arsm were so huge and hard and i was not even flexing...that made all the hours in the gym worth it

It depends what type of look you're going for. If you're going for a bulky look, do heavy weight training, with moderate or no cardio (if you're metabolism is high enough). If you're going for a defined look, do lots of cardio, and moderate weight training. YOu may even watn to go to a full-boyd routing at this stage.
