i dont know if this thread should be subjected "health conditions", but how would it affect you if you drink alcohol/smoke weed socially and smoke on a regular basis?

well i do that, and u know its christmas, i can see a little pot belly. i am gonna kill the pot belly before my club resumes on feb 4th lol which i suppose is plenty of time

although, i smoke regularly. it doesnt seem to affect my aerobic and anerboic (spelling) systems.. or does it? is it good or bad?

[edit] if i quit would i improve quicker?

Quitting would be a double edged sword. On one hand your aerobic and anaerobic conditioning would improve immensely should you quit smoking. But if you quit, that could lead to some unwanted weight gain; weight which could also be lost in the future.

I'm not going to preach on the smoking or drinking. That is your decision.

Personally, I think smoking and drinking and drugs is disgusting and conceded. I advise you to quit. But everyone has their bad habits, and you need a bad habit to let go of yourself. But I let go when I train. Training is when I'm at peace with myself. Regardless of your goals, you should also ask yourself why you are doing what your doing. I always ask myself, why do I bench press? Why do I jog? You should ask yourself, why do I smoke? Why do I drink? I have never drunk in my life, but will probably drink for social reasons, and social reasons only. As for smoking, that's just stupid, in my opingion.
