Need some help.
Trying to lose some serious flab that has collected on my stomach. Just kinda snuck up over the last two years when i was inactive with college
Anyway. I train Muay Thai 3 days a week and have cut down on needless meals. My fitness levels are good... arms and legs have shaped up nicely... but the stomach is near impossible to sort out.
Id appreciate some detailed advice on how to get rid of stomach fat. If i can get rid of that i will also be able to lose the kilos i need to get into my proper fighting weight.
Any particular excerices? Routines? Eating plans? Diet pills? Im really out of ideas. Im thinking of 30 laps in the pool each morning...
