  • I`m scared, how much milk do you need ?

    The Kickboxing incident came in my mind (shin break one). And said that he did not have enoguh milk. So how much milk do you need to be in hard contact sports like Muay Thai !??! I know I may not fight in the ring, but just out of curiosity, who here fights in the Ring, how much milk do you drink each day ?

    I forgot to mention, drinking coke, or too much coke (7 cans a day?) Would be bad for your bones (would make them weaker), and make your teeth rot (i think it is true..), so if you got jabbed in the mouth, your teeth will break. So it is like, if you drink milk, but then u also drink coke the milk will have no affect ? lol...

      hell yea drinking 7 cokes a day is real bad for you it gets little rock in your kidneys or something like that. i dont know how much milk you should drink but id say 2 glasses a day.

        yeah i`ve been using the toilet a lot. After each subject, after that class I use the washroom, then at lunch I go again. after school I go again, lol then when I get home I go again.. hahaha It pisses me off gets ni my way. COKE IS ADDICTIVE! SH*T MORE THAN WEEEEEEED j/k

            If you drink to much milk, or not enough water, you get kidney stones.

            I would say 6 glasses of water, and 2 glasses of milk. If you drink more milk, the ratio should be 3:1

                Human body needs about 800-1000mg:s of calcium per day. You get that from 6-8dl of milk. I try to drink about a litre of non-fat milk per day.

                  Cola is quite acidic. I illustrated this for one of my nephews, age 6, with the following science experiment:

                  Collect the following items: a can of coke, a 3-4 inch nail and a piece of paper. Open the can of coke, punch the nail through the piece of paper and then place the nail into the coke (such that the paper keeps it from falling all the way in. Now, put it in the refrigerator and come back the next day. Then answer the following questions:

                  1. What happened to the nail?
                  2. What do you think it would do to your teeth?
                  3. Would you like to drink the coke?

                    I havent drank milk since i was a little kid, and now i hate the taste of it... how bout just popin some calcium pills...

                      That´s easy, but I trye not to need any pills. It is better for your body to get what it needs from nonartificial junk.

                        Milk is the bomb.. how can you not like milk? i drink a glass of milk after i train.. sometimes..


                        i pop vitamins but i mos def drink milk.. i've only broken on bone.. but i've never broken any major bones.. i'm 26 .. not even as a kid.. never happend for some reason..

                          I like to do an old indian wrestlers trick: eggs with milk! Mix it up and drink it up, than get ready for an intense workout. I only crak about two eggs, right before I workout. You can even add some protien powder.
