Is there any way to increase size on your lower back? Anyone got any caliehtnics (SP?) workouts ? PLease if there are, jsut tell me the ones that are not needed of any equipments at all; like pushups and crunches.
But my lower back seems really weird and small for my upper back or maybe my shoulder blades stick out ?
