    Read "The Art of Expressing the Human Body" by John Little. It details Bruce's workout routine throughout the various phases of his life. It also has a chapter 'Feeding the Dragon' that talks about his diet.

        don't know...

        I don't know he doesn't use his middle name in the book. It's like volume four of the Brune Lee Collection compiled and edited by John Little. It's the only one in the collection I own....

        and by the way the chapter on Bruce's diet is titled "Fueling the Dragon" . my mistake...

          yep that book tells you pretty much everything about lee's workouts. like the excercises he did for each body part, some of the routines he used, and even the isometric "presses" he did for strength. it also has a detailed description of his jeet kune do workouts and his heavy bag training, along with special training he did for his forearms and abs.
