  • Conditioning.

Frank Shamrock said conditioning was the winner in every battle. Now a lazy ass person like me has a hard time doing that working around a 8 hour school schedule and 5-8 work day. What is the most effective full body workout in a short amount of time. A workout focusing on Judo/BJJ and MT striking.

I know im copping out by taking the easy way out..but i need strength and stamina quickness for my next tournament.

Its called H.O.C its the best workout in a short amount of time..

Alternate these one after the other.

    2 min. jumprope
    10 dumbellsnatches
    2 min. jumprope
    30 sec. speed push-ups
    2 min. jumprope
    50 bodysquats

Get the idea? you could use the punching bag instead of jump roping. Be creative. I ususally go 20 minutes straight. Burns calories like a furnace and helluva kick the butt. hope this helps..

do a double split, and stop being lazy. I have a 8-5 mon-fri work week. I wake up early and workout for an hour and work out for an hour at night. I will be starting school in Jan and I will still be doing the same thing.

Decyphered beats said it. The problem is not the schedule but that fact that you are lazy (don't get me wrong everybody has their days). But if you really are lazy, don't blame it on the schedule and honestly the laziness will tranfer to your MA so it doesn't matter what "10 minute jazzercise" you do.

        Not being rude but realistic
