I would like to maybe suggest some ways and maybe try to help some of u all improve your knowledge...maybe even internal health!
I have studied a lot on ki and can try to help if u all have questions...My first advice is: if u want to cultivate your ki.....its good to do breathing exercises in teh morning and meditation in teh afternoon/night. Ill try to post more helpful suggestions if u all are interested.
