brak is right...one is to breathe fast and for as long as u can while keeping ur rythm while bringing ur hands up..then slowly breathe out while brining ur hands down. that's actually one of the most basic, but most effective and widly used

Interesting note* humming is actually a way to "massage" your brain if u will. Inhale completely. As your exhale, him with the mouth slightly open in a relaxed manner. You will feel vibration sensations in ure throat. Then as u hum...close yiur mouth loightly until the teeth touch lightly. This is from my masters book, The Ancient Art of Ki:Life Force, Proper Breathing and Meditation if u wanted to kno.

all sorts of way...but mostly from the air. air carries all sorts of germs and dirt thru it and it enters ur body thru pores, getting mixed with the chi. just take a shower basically and u should be ok

i think u have been watching too much dbz
but as far as "floating"..well..that i do belive is possible. there have been many instances where "masters" of yoga "float" in mid air. i bet a person who is telekinetic could learn to float or even fly, but as far as chi is concerned, im not sure, but doubt it....lay off the animelol

I view ki/chi as focusing and controlling your own natural energy. Some have more than others, but that is just due to many variables including natural variables. Just close ur eyes and focus on sensing ur energy, then learning to control it, you may just be suprised what is possible when one unlocks their hidden potential.
