Just shadow box, it will give you more power and speed over-time. Do it for 1 hour a day atleast. And superbobby81 is 19 years old according to his profile, so he could of lifted weights for awhile when he was younger. Heavy weights are useless to be using with fighting. Better to use is no weights. It slows you down alot, even power lifting (use endurance if using weights).

u should just train with strap weights. then start punching regularly and try punching faster and stuff. ur strengh will build up as u go faster... and this way is certain that ur speed will go up. also if u build too much muscle, ull punch slower

Increasing Speed.
First of all you need to define what you mean. Speed could be broken down as follows(with even more factor than I have listed);
Speed of seeing(the stymulus)
Speed of perception
speed of movement.
So increasing speed is a long process. Generally to icrease speed you must refine your techniques to cut out wasted movemnts, have a high level of stamina and contioning and train with the Overload princaple. Speed deminishes faster than it increases. A good tonus(a relaxed one) is also required, with the fitness for purpose of your movement. Many people can move quick, but are not as impressive when in-context. As for P-Ups, to work F-twitch mf you need to work with speed and to build Slowtwitch you need to work at a slower pace. I like the P-ups when you start from the ground and try to puch yourself off the ground each time(similar to a maine P-up) A effective strike is a powerfull strike and a fast stike is one wich he cannot avoid. A balance between the antagonistic muscles is also vital, as to much of one will hinder the other. Having a get set and go attitude slow you down also, be ready to fire all the time( as brucy boy says)
Superbobby, Do you know that if you are benchin 250(or there about) when weighing 135, that you are the record holder. I am 130 and can bench press 50Kilo`s(max) I run a gym and have spoke to some other guys and they cant believe it. I also want to know if you don 300 in one set, or over a whole day. Sometime doing to many push-up spead over the whole day will cause muscle fatigue, and stop you from gaining weight(cool if thats what you want tho) As for the finger P-ups however I can do 10 on the index and forefinger and I can do the same on 5 or using my thumb and forefinger as I can with my pal or fists, but youve outdone me by benchin that much. I`l get a vid of 2finger Zen. Or training the two fingers. I dont see how its difficult to keep fingers bent, especially if you use your thumb.

Posted by superbobby101 "and another thing i want to know if my strength is weak average or what ever
tell me what u think
lets see i weigh 135 i bench 245 im only 5'6."
why do sound like one of those self possessed vain californian girls who go around telling people who ugly they look, in the expectation geeks will salivitate "no your so hot" and that way you get more attention.

Not everyone is going to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger after 4 months in the weight room

I still use a set of those exercise cables, and I have a half strength cable which gives me 10 resistances instead of 5. Awesome for shoulders and then triceps.
For a change of pace, do tai chi until you can do the whole form (2 months ) Hit the bag and do weights. You will improve in the ring, and you can shadow box super slow motion... Just 3 and 5 punch combos, and you become aware of your balance, weight transfer, etc and it improves. do the t-chi form every day... maybe 20 minutes. Sounds weird but it worked good for me
I am over 60 and bench 185 for 3. Weigh 170. past best was 205 x 4-5 which is probably about average for a fit 40 y.o.
