    For some reason I have gone tthrough a stage of not training to much, can u help me solve this by giving me some ideas on how i can stop this!!

    you could join a muay thai or kickboxing class (or whatever)
    you could start doing pushups like 3 x 10
    same for situps
    and pullups as much as you can do (not to much)
    and when time come's you are able to do some more
    you could go swim 1 day in the week or run or cycle to increase your cardio

      organize

      first you need to make a schedule of what to do each day or other day.

      Then you need to do what it says for that day.

      Then after about a month of doing that write down different things down.

        dude this is wot i do and im 15
        3 x 100 sit ups aday
        however many push ups u can do 3 times a day
        75 squarts 3 x aday
        try it everyother day at first to get into it

          it's cause your burnt out on the martial arts.. take a little break then go back.. keep working out in between.. push up and s.hit.. sit ups.. then go back..

            Just get disciplined; force yourself to train. And make a schedule and stick to it.
