1) I'd document everything that has happened thus far, including the various remarks made, any authority figures I'd approached for help, and their responses. Then, I'd take this document to the president or principal of the school. I'd let them know that I was fed up, that it was their responsibility to create an inclusive learning environment, and that they were failing. I'd tell them that this kid was no longer my problem, he was theirs; and I respectfully wanted something done about the situation. Then, I'd document their response, and wait for something to change.
2) If nothing changed, or if they showed no desire to do anything or take my complaint seriously, I'd wait until the next time it happened, and tell the kid to stop immediately.
3) If he didn't stop (which he probably wouldn't), I'd KICK HIS BEHIND right there. I wouldn't try to hurt him, but I would humiliate him. Then, I'd tell him, loud enough for everyone to hear, that if he did it again, the next time would be worse.
4) Then, if the school tried to take punitive action against me, I'd take my documentation to my parents, the school board, officials in my town, the local Asian-American association or Urban League, or anyone else I needed to take up my cause. We would be focused not only on reversing the School's punishment, but also why its administrators never took action when I made them aware of the situation.

Alright Jubaji, tellyou what... I'll report him to the teacher the next time this happens. If it continues then I'll report it to the dean. If it still continues after the dean finishes talking to him and his parents i'll start handing his ass to him every time he keeps insulting me after i've told him to **** off...
