Just keep at it and it will eventually go away.

I am interested in hearing about how your typical day goes when you practice kyokushin. Seems like an impressive style.

      kyokushin way

my early morning session with my shihan and other black belts.......is the thing i look forward to the most
we do kihon practise...ie drills of punches and kicks
kyokushinkai...typically has different stances than other forms of karate...

i was training under a freestyle coach for a year...now my shihan yells and corrects all the small errors i have

kyokushinkai is often described as the hardest form of karate

leg kicks knees and elbows just like muay thai...but barefist does not allow face punch

evening i go to the gym where i practise boxing with my partner who is a kyokushin black belt
then i do some weight training...

i got my tournaments coming up and really want to do the best i can any tips...on real match confidence...and stuff

I had the same problem, and I know pretty much everyone that started with me still has the flinch and closing eye problem.
I did a drill two times and now the flinching and closing of eyes is gone.

The reason we do that in the beginning is we fear being hit, and that's natural. We close our eyes to avoid damage to the eyes of course. However, as the attacker keeps punching, you will be sorry you can't see :P

My drill was the following: I told a guy to attack me with jab cross. All I concentrated at was to defend. I put the gloves on my forehead, and watched in between my forearms as he tried to hit my head. I told him to go harder and harder. After a while it's nothing, and the flinching goes away, and you can start to relax more, and don't hold your breath.

Also you can try this without blocking, instead you slip punches. But tell him to aim for your forehead, and build from there.

After that you just keep on building, you let him attack your head with hooks as well. Slow at first then faster and harder. Use proper technique to block.
After a while you can start slip punches and stuff like that.

Thanks to my focus and defense first, attack later, I am superior when I spar with people in my own level, because they tense up when I throw punches. Sometimes I just let them hit me with all they got, they can't really touch me because it's pretty easy to see what will come, they are slow.
