  • In Search of the Warrior Spirit: Teaching Awareness Disciplines to the Green Berets

    written by Richard Strozzi-Heckler.

Seems like it got 4 stars out of 16 reviews, some people liked it, but one reviewer from Texas wrote this:

    "Brief synopsis:

California airheard tries to get U.S. Army Greet Berets to eat tofu and explore their effiminate side. Fails.

(And the taxpayer gets hosed again. I'd rather the funds were spent on $10,000 U.S. Air Force toilet seats.)"

anyone here read through this book?

This book could be the equivalent of that book "Iron John" but for Martial Artists/warriors...

If you're unfamiliar with Iron John, it was a book and a men's movement back in the day where the men grew their hair long, and retreated into the wilderness to find themselves, lol.... men are still trying to forget this one..

Iron John is an awesome book. It's like the male version of Women Who Run With the Wolves (which is my favorite book of all time.)
