Kenpo guy had good, solid karate-style kicks. His strikes only seemed to stun his opponent though. I'm not sure what rank he was, but I've seen higher ranked kenpo guys with more solid hand techniques - that could actually put a guy down.
MMA gloves originated from a glove used by kenpo practitioners, remember?Comment

also here is a quick clip of some awesome tkd guy who also competes in daido juku tournaments destroying some kickboxer with a devastating spin back kick, and an equally devastating side kick. the european trance music is cool too, make me wish i was rolling on some ecstasy.

ive watched some of my friends that are non martial arts practioneers , brung em to class and watched em drop black belts eazy like it was nt nothing - i guess it all just depends - a couple of guys in my class worked for law enforcement agencys and were very vicious they would ask me to bring my friends so they could sparr they said it made em feel like the sparring was almost life or death.Comment
