i am a taekwondo fighter. i am entering the national tournament in may. i need advice from skilled and experienced fighter on how to mentally and physically prepare for this event. i am going to train hard for 3 months and try to prepare myself, mind and body, for this fight. any advice would be greatly appreciated. however, i will tell you now, i do not meditate. i concentrate, but i do not practice buddhist or any other eastern meditation. thank you.
