It's a punch that I hit you so hard in the nose with that everything you smell stinks for weeks after.

          cool

No, I've never heard the term. But it's immediately become part of my lexicon, and through the underestimated power of social suggestion, it will become as legend among the masses!

Go to http://www.pseudodictionary.com and look it up. Add your own words that are used by you and your friends but that you don't encounter everywhere.

Stinkfist . . . that's a crucial punishment to inflict on someone who merely wishes to take your head off. I like.

              Crazy all the time

I know what you mean. Nothin' wrong with obsessions, long as they're the healthy kind. Unless you get your windpipe crushed in a NHB fight, there's nothing better for the body and soul than training hard in MA, whatever your tastes.

By the way, I've never competed, but I've been bashed around pretty hard by guys in full gear who were told "take his head off!"
I can tell you, believing you're going to win and focusing your pain into indignation that someone's bashing your head in can not only get you through but win the day!

              Mind says, body does . . .

                Exactly,

Once your mind, body and spirit are tuned, trained and tacticle you become ALMOST invincible. MA is the best way to do that.

Before I fight I always go over my game plan in my head. I mentally work my combinations and keep focused on my plan. This is hours before the fight.

An hour before I go on, I go over the same but focus on keeping as relaxed as possible. The relaxation part gets easier the more fights I have.

30 minutes before I am due I become an animal. I am still relaxed, still focusing on strategy, but I am now becoming a Wolf. I am hunting my prey and attacking him where he is most vulnerable. I don't act like a Wolf in this stage...I am a Wolf. When I run every morning, I run as a Wolf to make this a part of me. It is the animal in you that you must bring out.

By the time I am walking to the ring I am a different person. I am not forgiving. I am not nice. I will hunt you down and I will destroy you.

And all this time I keep focused on my strategy and relaxation.

Sounds like youve got it all worked out. Ive seen people that joke around all the time and when they go to fight they are a completly differnt person.

Does any one else have any of these animal totems they use?
