Used to, used to. Not done any for about 6 months.

Theres a Judo club nearby that does a Ne Waza only night. I reckon I may pay a vist (say twice a month) just to keep my hand in.

      My workout

      Youre talking about training right?

      Ok my training:
      Everyday i do this

      2 x 20 push ups
      2 x 20 sit ups

And i pull myself up to the door 2 x 10 times

      3 x 15 weight lifting (6kg)

And i run 4 km in the morning

      And i shadowbox everyday 2 x 5 minutes

Im not at a martial art yet (i want to go do taekwondo)
If im on taekwondo i pratise 30 minutes everyday and 2 times 1,30 hours taekwondo lessons

I dont have a bag :P how many does a bag cost?
And is my training good enough?

I do some type of training everyday, whether it be sparring, weight training, flexibility drills, whatever. It depends on how I feel on that certain day. I try to space out my sparring and bag sessions( when I have access to a bag or a partner. there's a lot of shadow boxing in there, as I workout alone) and use the days in between to weight train and work on my flexibility.

I'm wondering how to space out my cardio and my weight lifitng...If I were to go for the ultilmate, should I be doing cardio every day and workout every other day? or cadio one day, workout the next? I never quite understood how to best space those.
