    Mo music

Rage Against the Machine - "Bomb Track" and "Bulls on Parade" come to mind.
    Prodigy
    Chemical Brothers
    Tool
Primus - "My name is Mudd"
    Dr. Dre (Chronic)
Busta Rhymes "Put your hands in the air (where I can see)"
    Wu Tang Clan
    311

ok, my music selection is 90's but what can I say it was a decade of powerful music.

I will completly agree rage has a lot of energy and are very good for training. But latley I have noticed I am listening to a lot of ACDC and Thunderstruck stands out for a good trainng song. It starts slow and works up.

Depends on the techniques that I'm trying to deliver. If I'm practicing power technique then something heavy, not particularly fast, Harvester of Sorrow by Metallica for instance. For fighting/sparring, well, Sepultura (Refuse/resist is a classic, as is it's remix), Slayer, especially anything off their Divine Intervention and Undisputed Attitude albums, Prodigy in general, quite a bit of Rammstein is useful too. In the end, anything that amplifies base emotions and reduces the need for thought, enabling you to flow without conscious effort is good. Problem being, if no one shuts off the music, you tend to just keep going, and either exhaust yourself (training) or do even more serious damage to the poor slob you've already beaten.

I have an absolutly random taste in music--thank God for the shuffle button on my ipod. When I do cardio I listen to upbeat music-pop, punk, etc.
When hitting the bags I like rap-dmx, 2pac, eminem... Sparring actuctually I love traditional Irish Music. If you can't find that, some of the riverdance songs work well... For jumping rope (which takes long) I like anything from AC/DC to Maroon 5 to Chingy... Our dojo just got a sirus radio thingy so its pretty eccletic and all the guys can beat me up so I usually don't get a say in what is on.

the matrix reloaded soundtrack (the second disk, the first disk sucks) is pretty nice to hit the bag with, particularly Furious Angels. for jogging, there is always the classic Rocky soundtrack. lifting is fun with some kind of classic rock like The Doors, or Lynard Skynard. shadow boxing is nice with some kind of fast paced trance music like Airbase.
