    can anyone recommend a really good instructional video on boxing. i have plenty of books now, but need to see professional trainers that go through drills because I don't really have a good boxing coach where i live. I was watching a documentary on mike tyson and his conditioning in his prime was just unbelievable. That combination of raw strength and speed is what I'm looking to build, and I have all the equipment at home (heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, skipping rope, gloves etc). I know nothing compares to having a real coach but at least I can get to the preliminary stage if there are any videos out there with coaching legends teaching their craft .

    let me know thanks.

      Ringisde has a lot, but not all of them are helpful. I would skim through the list and find out what you want to focus on at the time...maybe it's power, maybe it's speed, or maybe it's just logistics. I don't think it's that necessary to by videos like the wrapping hands video though. If you can find a video from Mark Hatmaker, then I suggest buying that video very highly.

      Also, It might be good to interest a friend of yours in boxing as well (if you hadn't already). I found it very hard to do many drills without someone there with me, so I got a few of my friends into it as well because I don't have much coaching where I live either.

      Hope this helped
