My teacher knows Boztepe since the eighties, and one day we were talking about him and I told him he was so good and that he has never been defeated and stuff like that. He told me that it is true that Boztepe won many fights and challenges, but he also told me that he has been defeated twice. At the time he didn' t tell me who defeated him because it is not a good thing according to the chinese tradition, but yesterday the topic came up again and I asked him who defeated Emin. Since Boztepe has made this info public, he told me that a Ninjitsu fighter and a Sambo fighter beat him. Boztepe is now a good friend of the Ninjitsu fighter and that' s the reason why his name is unknown. All he told me was that this guy's Ninjitsu is a mix between some japanese arts and Wing Chun and that the Sambo fighter is russian, but he couldn't remember his name.
He also told me that all the bullshit about Boztepe being the invincible WingTsun fighter is a Kernspecht/Ting trademark, not Boztepe's. In his youth he has been used by those two as an advertisement, especially with the infamous William Cheung challenge.
Also, there is no best Wing Chun school, there are just different ways of teaching it and practising it, like in JKD. And like in JKD, one should find the WC school that best fits him.
