On Saturday, July 10th Centerline Gym will be holding a 4 hour Red Zone seminar. The Time will be 10am-2pm. The Red Zone program is rapidly becoming recognised as most realistic and effective empty hand edged weapon defense program available. It is being adopted by many instructors as their preferred knife defense curriculum due to it's simplicity and realistic approach.
