    Can anybody tell me how to learn to stretch this way.
    I don't know what's it called in English, but it's when you're legs are flat on the ground and the body still straight,
    like this __|__ I hope somebody knows what I try to explain

    the "split"! its a very good for kickings. i think the best way to become good at it is to just do it. but i recommend exercising until you sweat first, then you wont be really sore when you finish.

    for kicking i think the best thing that help me is to stand like i am holding out the kick, and then have somebody raise up my leg and hold it. i think this angle is more better for how the body is when it is kicking. but just doing the split will make itself improve.

      I have tried the stretch you said about another holding my leg, and I think it's very good

        Best way to reach that level of a stretch is this excercise fro the Iengar System of Yoga.

        begin standing upright, widen your stance to its limit, slowly curl your body down until your hands are reaching the ground, then lower yourself to your elbows, gradually walk your elbows back until you reach the limit of your stretch, relax breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. let gravity work for you. after a few dedicated weeks you will be closer to your desired splits.
