Lee and electro stimulation

Did Bruce Lee use those electric stimulation things that workout your body by making them contract with electricity?

I have never read anything about it. I do really doubt it as I do not believe those were avaiable at that time.

He did work with Electro stimulation but it was more of a homemade contraption I believe.

It was nothing like the TENS units we have today or like the ones chiropractors use.

He found that when lifting he could get a stronger contraction of the muscle if he lifted and then at the max he would use the electrical stimulation to increase the contraction.

yes it can be, and the way did it it does work. It also helps recover from injuries.

but I am not talking about the 100 units they sell fat people to tone their tummies. These are much bigger more expensive units
