Any one here ever train there? The teacher is Bud Thompson, if you have trained there do they have good fighters, and do they do much sparring? The school is right across from my home.
If it's right across the street from your home, why don't you visit a few classes and talk to both the instructor and his students? That should give you a good idea of what they do.
