my friends who i grapple with are about 35lbs heavier than myself, and they work out allot. I'm in fine shape, but im not bulky, i dislike bulk. So anyways, I find it harder and harder to do anything but chokes to them, because i cant control thier arms or legs, they are so strong. So, almost all of my victories come from rear naked chokes, or front chokes.
This is getting boring and predictable, besides doing more strenth excersize myself, how can i get over this problem of only being able to use chokes?
